About the Role

Ever thought about how in‑flight gaming and digital entertainment are designed behind the scenes?

 

This dynamic role will be accountable to help bring our digital guest and employee experiences to life.

 

You’ll play a key part in the day‑to‑day management of our digital experience operations. From user testing to supporting initiative‑level requirements, you’ll help ensure everything we deliver reflects our brand positioning and corporate mission.

  

A core part of the role involves supporting product roadmaps, delivery timelines and key milestones, helping to keep initiatives on track and aligned to broader programme objectives. Alongside this, you’ll rotate across a range of exciting capabilities,  including experience design, gaming & entertainment, experience operations, and lifecycle and engagement giving you a well‑rounded view of our growing digital ecosystem.

 

Strong stakeholder engagement is essential. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Guest Experience (GX), Marketing, Digital and Technology teams, building alignment on priorities, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth, joined‑up delivery.

 

Working across timelines and milestones, you’ll help ensure initiatives land successfully by supporting user testing, validation and readiness both before launch and during live operations.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 4 years of experience in digital product, digital experience, entertainment platforms or interactive media.

 

You’ll be comfortable getting hands‑on with consumer‑facing digital products and have experience working with cloud‑based or connected systems.

 

We’d love to hear from you even more particularly if you’ve worked across cross‑functional teams and have experience with interactive entertainment, gaming platforms or digital engagement products.
