Overview

Lead cybersecurity governance and assurance for Changi Airport’s Terminal 5 programme, one of the world’s largest future airport terminals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cybersecurity governance and implementation across Terminal 5 systems.

• Embed cybersecurity throughout IT and Operational Technology lifecycles.

• Serve as the central cybersecurity focal point and provide technical leadership and programme oversight.

• Manage cyber risks while supporting project delivery.

• Coordinate security reviews, risk assessments, testing and compliance with project teams, system owners, consultants and vendors.

• Lead cybersecurity engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

• Translate complex technical risks into actionable outcomes.

• Oversee cybersecurity workstreams across multiple systems and projects.

• Manage vendors and coordinate architecture reviews, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Eight to 12 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in critical infrastructure, aviation, transport or OT/ICS.

• Strong knowledge of governance, security architecture, risk management and assurance.

• Experience leading large programmes and multi-stakeholder security workstreams.

• Familiarity with security-by-design, regulations, vulnerability management and testing.

• Ability to challenge technical recommendations and provide strategic direction.

• Strong stakeholder-management, communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in complex environments.

• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GIAC or equivalent certification is advantageous.

• This is a contract position.
