You’ll have – 

• Proven ability to develop and deliver long-range engineering strategy and enterprise‑wide transformation programs (including business cases, governance, benefits realisation, and risk management).
• Extensive experience leading complex, high‑impact, cross‑functional programs from inception to delivery, structuring PM teams, coordinating interdependent projects, and maintaining safety/regulatory alignment.
• Strong commercial judgement with experience building investment cases, evaluating performance improvements, and driving cost efficiencies.
• Experience in engaging and influencing senior executives and external stakeholders, representing engineering in key forums, and translating strategy into clear, actionable plans.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing leaders and multidisciplinary teams, setting performance goals, building capability, and driving succession planning.
