Job Description

Senior Manager Non-Airline Loyalty will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our offerings and drive customer loyalty. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including financial partners, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other service providers, to create valuable propositions that benefit our loyal customers. 

  • Creating the annual and 5-year strategy for partnerships – financial, travel and retail verticals of partners.
  • Maintain key relationships with strategic UAE and global partners.
  • Amplification of Etihad flight revenue to ensure overall company objectives met through EYG partnerships.
  • Performance management on each EYG partnership vertical to be met on a monthly basis to ensure cash inflow is sustained through non-EY Flight means.
  • Work closely with finance, legal, marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution of partnership initiatives and ensure other benefits achieved.
  • Ensure Visa incentives and other revenue and income streams are met on an annual basis.
  • Ensure overall EYG revenue contribution met based on budget.
  • Budget Management: Manage partnership budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and the effective use of resources.
  • Liaise with finance on ensure corporate treasury benefits are met.
  • Ensure all EYG partners cycle payment cycle with 60 days (non-performance receivables down to 5% of portfolio).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum +10 years of experience in an airline loyalty program or a related field, with experience working with loyalty management systems and financial partners.
  • Experience in launching and growing an airline cobranded financial product.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work cross- functionally with various internal stakeholders to ensure successful partnership execution.
  • Experience in contract review and legal considerations related to partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
