About the Role


Are you a results‑driven digital marketer with proven expertise in paid media and integrated campaign delivery?


In this role, you will lead Riyadh Air’s paid media and campaigns, developing and executing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and support customer acquisition across key global markets.

 

Your responsibilities will include end‑to‑end planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, ensuring activity is aligned to the airline’s campaign calendar and broader commercial objectives.


Working closely with cross‑functional teams across Product, Commercial, Loyalty, PR & Comms, Guest Experience, and Brand, you will design and deliver omnichannel media plans that connect our brand with audiences through social, display and channels. 

 

As a digital innovator, you'll be at the forefront of transforming our marketing capabilities by strategically leveraging advanced platforms, conducting cutting-edge A/B testing, and driving performance through intelligent, data-powered insights that maximize our marketing effectiveness and ROI.


You will also manage agency relationships and media partners, negotiate high‑value and cost‑efficient media buys, and identify new opportunities to expand reach through publishers, platforms, and content partnerships. Budget stewardship, KPI tracking, and performance reporting together with our BI and commercial teams will be central to measuring impact and enabling informed decisions.


This is a high‑impact role for a strategic, collaborative, and analytical marketing leader ready to shape Riyadh Air’s global media presence.


About You


Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in media and campaign management, ideally within the travel or tourism sector. You bring strong expertise in digital media strategy, omnichannel activation, performance optimization, and managing complex multi‑market campaigns.

 

You will have excellent leadership and project management skills, the ability to guide agencies and stakeholders, and a track record of delivering results in fast‑paced environments. You are highly analytical, comfortable using data to shape decisions, and confident in negotiating with publishers and media partners.
