Key Responsibilities


  • Adapt employer brand messages within broader engagement and communication efforts, ensuring that key narratives and value propositions are reflected appropriately across channels.
  • Operationalise the employer brand in communication and engagement initiatives across the employee lifecycle (attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement and alumni) and key talent touchpoints; and ensure clear, consistent messaging and coherent storytelling where relevant.
  • Activate and/or amplify the employer brand and value proposition on internal and external facing digital platforms (e.g. company intranet and socials, external careers website) and social media through messaging, campaigns and engagements.
  • Support the development and management of employee advocacy programmes e.g. employee ambassador programmes, as well as outreach events/initiatives that drive participation, amplify SIA’s stories and enhance pride and engagement internally and externally. 
  • Prepare toolkits, templates, playbooks and guidelines for internal stakeholders across HR and business units where required.
  • Work closely with Communications & Engagement, Corporate Communications, Brand Marketing, and other stakeholders to support alignment between corporate and consumer brand, employer brand and employee engagement campaigns, and to leverage broader enterprise initiatives where relevant. 
  • Track, compile and analyse data on the performance of communications, engagement and employer branding campaigns across social and internal digital channels, and prepare reports and insights to support decision‑making and optimisation.


Requirements



  • Possess a University Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in brand and communications, social media or HR‑related roles; prior experience in employer branding or talent marketing will be advantageous. 
  • Strong execution and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders. 
  • Well-versed in using digital and social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to promote and communicate content; familiarity with engagement or recruitment/employee campaigns on these platforms will be advantageous. 
  • Experience in content creation (e.g. copywriting for social media and internal channels, basic content editing) and an eye for visual storytelling. 
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media analytics, internal engagement dashboards) to track basic performance metrics will be advantageous. 
  • Proficiency in content and design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva; basic video editing) will be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise and engaging messages for different audiences.
