About the Role

Are you a proactive procurement professional with a passion for optimizing value, driving efficiency, and delivering world class guest experiences?

In this role, you will manage end-to-end procurement activities within the Guest Experience category, encompassing catering, lounges, onboard amenities, uniforms, and related services. 

You will ensure cost effectiveness, compliance, and quality standards to support our operational and strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing and issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) documents through Oracle, coordinating supplier evaluations, and supporting the negotiation and development of contracts using Sirion.

You will work closely with internal departments such as Legal, Tax, Insurance, and Cybersecurity to ensure all agreements meet corporate, legal, and regulatory standards.

You will also coordinate with internal stakeholders to align specifications and business needs, assist in executing outstation procurement plans, and represent the company in supplier meetings and audits when required. 

As part of your role, you will maintain organized records, track supplier performance, and drive initiatives to increase local content within KSA, contributing to national development objectives.

About You

Degree qualified, you will bring at least 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or related industries.

You are expected to have hands-on experience with Oracle for sourcing activities and Sirion for contract management, supported by a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
