The Airside Workplace & Engagement team creates an airside workplace where people feel valued, supported and proud to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives that enhance worker well-being, strengthen workplace culture and support workforce transformation.

• Work with internal stakeholders, airport partners and unions to improve the airside work environment.

• Develop and implement programmes that foster positive workplace culture and workforce development.

• Help make the airside workplace attractive and rewarding for the airport community.

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably with three years of experience.

• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder-management and partnership-building skills.

• Track record planning and implementing multi-stakeholder initiatives or projects.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong project-management skills across multiple workstreams and priorities.

• Resourceful, proactive and analytical problem-solver.

• Able to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
