Join the Experience Creation team to develop and execute innovative concepts that delight passengers and strengthen Changi Airport’s reputation for exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage facilities and implement new passenger-experience ideas.

• Create memorable moments and seamless journeys for passengers.

• Plan and execute events from small activations to large installations, managing all logistics.

• Market and manage venue spaces for corporate events, product launches and special functions.

• Engage clients, negotiate contracts and ensure successful events.

• Manage projects from concept to completion, including timelines, resources, budgets and deadlines.

• Manage overnight setups while minimising disruption to airport operations and passengers.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.

• Experience in project management, event coordination or a related field.

• Passion for creativity and innovative ideas.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills.

• Sales or business-development experience in venues or events is advantageous.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, evenings and overnight shifts.

• Experience in design, marketing or arts management is encouraged.

• Candidates without prior experience may be considered for a more junior role.
