FlyGosh is seeking an Airworthiness Engineer to ensure the continuing airworthiness of aircraft in accordance with FAA, EASA, UK CAA and San Marino SMAR requirements. The role covers regulatory compliance, maintenance planning, technical records and coordination with maintenance organisations and aviation authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs) and OEM data for applicability and compliance.
• Develop, review and control Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMPs).
• Prepare work packages and engineering orders for maintenance events.
• Coordinate modifications and repairs with Design Organisation Approvals (DOAs), Part-145 MROs and regulatory authorities.
• Support airworthiness reviews and the issuance of Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARCs) or equivalent documents.
• Maintain accurate aircraft technical records and regulatory traceability.
• Provide engineering support for troubleshooting, reliability monitoring and defect analysis.
• Participate in audits and address findings.

Desired background and qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a CAMO environment.
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part-M/Part-CAMO, UK CAA Part-M/CAMO and San Marino SMAR regulations.
• Experience with technical records, AMPs and AD/SB evaluations.
• Familiarity with aviation software such as CAMP.
• Experience in reliability analysis and maintenance programme escalation.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
