Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for key strategic accounts and new client opportunities across Asia.
  • Maximise customer and partner relations, and ensure customer satisfaction with superior pre- and post-sales support.
  • Hunt out and develop new opportunities, understand the market dynamics to target new clients in Asia, developing EirTrade Aviation’s reputation in APAC.
  • Build a solid sales pipeline and generate and progress leads.
  • Manage RFPs and RFPs for your strategic accounts and ensure excellent conversion rates ensuring EirTrade resources are used efficiently.
  • Making accurate, rapid price calculations and providing quotes to customers in accordance with EirTrade sales processes.
  • Measure key sales metrics for your accounts with continual improvement addressed.
  • Accountable for exceeding key targets including revenue targets, margin, cash flow, working capital and market share.
  • Contribute to senior management team meetings and strategic decision formulation.
  • Mentor and work as a team to foster the learning and development of our Sales Executives.
  • Liaise with other departments such as Operations, Repairs, Assets Management, Commercial Management, Finance and Technical to ensure adherence to procedures.


What we are looking for:

  • Significant experience in an aviation sales function, with minimum five years sales experience in the aviation industry essential in either airframe, engine, or both.
  • Candidates should be based in Asia and be able/willing to travel to meet customers face to face on a regular basis.
  • Required periodically for attendance at aviation events.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks and taking ownership end to end.
  • Self-motivated and self-driven, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working as part of an entrepreneurial team.
  • Capacity to apply common sense and pragmatism as required.
  • Demonstrate behaviour in accordance with EirTrade business ethics and protection policy in all company business dealings and decisions.
  • People management experience desirable.
  • Experience working with different time zones and ability to manage geographic challenges.
  • Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Avsight (Salesforce) system an advantage
