Primary Responsibilities:

Analysis and Solution Definition

• Manage all activities related to SAP implementation projects by ensuring that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives. 
• Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
• Help develop documentation on business and user needs, objectives and system requirements specifications of both internal and external clients of Cebu Pacific and CebGo and their affiliates.
• Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP modules.
• Lead testing efforts and participates in quality control, acceptance testing and the implementation of application systems
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
• Communicates needed changes to development team.

Project Execution

• Oversee the customization and configuration of SAP modules to align with the organization’s business processes and requirements while ensuring that SAP solutions meet specific business needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications and system, both within and outside the SAP system.
• Help provide immediate assistance to system users/core team/SMEs on project related problems and enhancements required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and action plans required by IT Director-Enterprise Systems.

Security Management System

• Ensure that SAP systems adhere to industry regulations, data security standards, and compliance requirements aligned with the information security policy.
• Developing contingency plans and ensuring business continuity.
• Basic Qualifications:
• College degree in IT related course or CPA with knowledge in SAP; with emphasis on business process and project management
• At least 5 years experience in SAP as Functional (SAP HCM, SAP ERP modules) or Project Manager
• Experienced in SAP configuration and implementation is a plus.
• Experienced in SAP Time Payroll Management is a plus with schema knowledge is a plus.
• Experienced in systems and procedure documentation

Qualifications:
