To provide administrative, operational, and customer support to the Marketing Department of Layang Layang Flying Academy. Ensuring smooth coordination of student enrolments, documentation, and communications. The role supports the end-to-end sales process — from enquiry to enrolment — to drive efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Location is Ipoh, Perak


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries from prospective students, parents, and agents via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and other sales documentation.
  • Maintain and update student registration and CRM records accurately.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Training departments to ensure seamless onboarding and course commencement.
  • Track and follow up on payments, contracts, and documentation for both local and international students.
  • Assist in compiling sales reports, forecasts, and marketing metrics.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives including open days, exhibitions, and school visits.
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Ensure all documentation and correspondence comply with CAAM and LLFA’s internal procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales/marketing team and management as required.


Requirements:

  • Experience in sales coordination or administrative support (experience in education or aviation sector is an advantage).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
