About the Role

Do you dream of a role where you are at the heart of delivering operational excellence through precise roster planning, ensuring seamless performance across every flight?

As a Roster Planning Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of crew rosters, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations aligned with GACA regulations, Flight Time Limitations (FTL), and company policies.

You will contribute to maintaining operational readiness through accurate roster planning, data integrity, and close coordination with key operational stakeholders.

Further, your core responsibilities include the analysis of roster data, coverage levels, and manpower utilization to proactively identify gaps, ensure compliance, and optimise efficient crew deployment.

The maintenance of accurate crew data, the monitoring of training and license validity, and system updates will be key to reflect current operational and regulatory requirements. Close monitoring of license validity, recurrent training, and qualification status will be essential to ensure continuous compliance and readiness.

Collaborative by nature, you will engage with Crew members and collaborate cross-functionally with the OCC, Crew Control, Training, and People and Culture to manage roster adjustments and ensure clear, timely communication.

You will be critical in generating strategic insights and comprehensive reports, proactively identifying potential operational risks, and developing robust crew rosters that ensure operational continuity and support strategic decision-making.

This is an opportunity to be at the heart of airline operations, where planning accuracy meets real-time execution, and where your analytical mindset directly contributes to operational integrity.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in Crew Planning, Crew Scheduling, or Manpower Resource Planning within a commercial airline.

You are expected to possess working knowledge of NetLine Crew or similar crew roster systems.

This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with the flexibility to operate in both office-based and shift environments.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have an understanding of GACA regulations, crew planning policies and exposure to crew management or scheduling systems.
