Job Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to successful placement and participate in recruitment campaigns, networking sessions, and career-related events

• Support business development initiatives and assist in expanding the company’s client network

• Understand client hiring requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles

• Those with agency background and 360 recruitment experience will be an added advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships easily

• Well-organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in business development and client engagement
