The Repair Sales Manager ME will be based in Subang, Malaysia and reports to the Commercial Manager APAC and is responsible for promoting and selling Skyways Technics Asia in-house structural repair capabilities. The main focus will be to promote and develop sales related to our new in-house repair capabilities, mapping the addressable market, finding and cultivating appropriate contacts, and handle the entire sale process end-to-end. The Repair Sales Manager ME will collaborate closely with the rest of the commercial team and evaluate each potential customer on a case-by-case basis before launching a sales campaign.

 

Mission Description:

  • Keep a complete updated map of potential customers in the Middle East region
  • Understand current relations between Skyways Technics and all current and future customers
  • Manage the sale to current key customers
  • Continuously identify new leads related to current and future customers
  • Identify the key decision makers at potential customers in charge of structural repairs
  • Travel frequently for key meetings with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with key decision makers and senior management executives
  • Gather market intelligence regarding the current solutions provided to customers
  • Build and sell tailor-made offers depending on the specific expectations of the customer and various local requirements
  • Negotiate and close long-term agreements
  • Ensure the contracted service levels are in accordance with the customers’ and Skyways Technics’ expectations
  • Support and be the focal point for the others entities need related to in-house repair
  • Build business cases and present them to management
  • Participate in exhibitions and trade fairs, travelling to meet the customers at least once a month


Skills & Added Qualifications:

  • With a proven track record in aviation repair sales and ideally within the Middle East region
  • Fluent in English and Arabic reading, writing, and speaking
  • Has Strong interpersonal skills and a true entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong team player
  • With deep intercultural awareness
  • Curious, rigorous, attentive to detail, dynamic, self-motivated, and hungry for the challenge
  • Able to multitask, while understanding and solving complex problems
