Education & Experience



• At least 7 years of relevant experience within recruitment, preferably in a major airline

• Knowledge and understanding of the aviation industry best practice in recruitment

• Knowledge, understanding and experience of sourcing and attraction strategies and the assessment of pilots

• Proven ability to lead and motivate small teams to deliver results in complex and dynamic circumstances

• Strategic thinker with the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems to deliver the right results

• Proficiency in recruitment technologies with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making

• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
