MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Certificate/Diploma in Engineering or related field

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years

Responsibility:

1.     To manage 5S activity in the department.

2.     Good understanding of tooling and machining processes and proficient on FANUC controllers.

3.     Proficient in engineering drawing/ Solid work / Auto cad software.

4.     Knowledge in 3 axis and 4/5 axis CNC machine is added advantage.

5.     To create programs for CNC Machining according to drawing given.

6.     Work closely with Engineering & Quality Assurance Department to enhance the quality & productivity.

7.     Design machining process by studying customer requirement on engineering plans, materials, specifications, drawings, machining parameters etc.

8.     Support first run and start-up of CNC Programs.

9.     Assist and supervise troubleshooting program errors.

10.  To monitor machining times and optimize from time to time by implementing new techniques and methods.

11.  Coordinate with CNC Supervisor in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures. 

12.  Provide training for CNC Machinist and CNC Setter.

13.  And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Male below age 45

Monday – Friday: (alternate weekly)

Morning shift: 8am-5pm + OT 3 hours until 8pm

Night shift: 8pm-5am + OT 3 hours until 8am

Able to OT on Saturday
