Primary Responsibilities:

Own and drive category strategy by developing and executing category roadmaps that ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable supply base aligned with business priorities.


Act as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders, translating business, technical, and legal requirements into sourcing and contracting strategies, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders


Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, converting category priorities into robust supplier pipelines while balancing cost, service levels, and risk.


Lead commercial negotiations and contract development, including pricing, service levels, renewals, and change management, to maximize value and ensure compliance with procurement standards.


Drive supplier performance and risk management, overseeing supplier management programs, performance reviews, and continuous improvement plans to support long-term partnerships.


Qualifications: 


8+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role


Strong end-to-end category management experience, including category strategy, sourcing roadmap, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance management.


Experience managing technology, digital, IT, or complex indirect procurement categories.


Working knowledge of SaaS procurement, including subscription models, licensing, renewals, pricing structures, service levels, and vendor lock-in risks.


Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to partner with IT/Digital, Legal, Finance, business units, and senior leaders.


Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present recommendations at senior management level.


Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
