What you need to do this role



• This role requires flexibility and regular travel across multiple bases. A strong HR background in regulated environments is essential, with experience in people management and performance in fast-paced settings. You should excel in prioritisation, demonstrate resilience, and drive employee engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Outlook and Excel, is essential. You must have experience delivering performance through KPIs, especially in employee engagement. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage face-to-face interactions confidently, are key to success. Experience with HR policies and unionised environments, including interactions with union members, is required.
