Role Introduction


Reports To: Deputy Technical Training Manager (Airbus or Boeing)

This role is part of a professional team in our Flight Operations Department, which consists of flight crew and ground staff teams, both working to ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency and service. Safety is intrinsic to everything we do.


As an Operations Training Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting technical training courses for flight crew and ground engineers, as well as designing, maintaining, and producing training materials and courseware.


Key Responsibilities


  • Item 1 of 10, Conduct technical training courses in line with Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) standards

  • Conduct technical training courses in line with Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) standardsItem 2 of 10, Perform the roles of knowledge examiner and practical assessor when suitably approved

Requirements


  • Item 1 of 10, At least 5 years’ experience as a licensed Aircraft Engineer with maintenance experience, and 3 years’ experience in a technical training environment
