  • Develop and implement media strategies that align with marketing objectives and target audiences. 
  • Plan, optimize, and evaluate media campaigns across various channels, including digital, TV, radio, print, out-of-home, and social. 
  • Leverage data insights, audience behaviour, and market trends to ensure effective media plans. 
  • Drive media performance and ensure investments deliver maximum value. 
  • Analyse intricate data sources to boost media efficiency. 
  • Manage annual media budgets  
  • Capitalize on data and new technologies to elevate media campaigns. 
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest media trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external media agencies. 


About you


  • Experience gained within a Leading Media Agency & worked across multiple accounts  
  • Proven experience in media strategy and execution, with significant expertise in above-the-line (ATL) and digital media channels. 
  • Experience in handling substantial media budgets of and delivering significant value. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in media audits, econometric analysis, and performance data interpretation. 
  • Experience with first-party data integration into media campaigns using platforms like Adobe or similar. 
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple teams and collaborators to ensure successful, high-impact campaign delivery. 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging media channels, tools, and technologies. 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and improve campaign performance. 
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping engagement and output high.
