Day to day


  • Support the development and execution of multi-million-pound global campaigns, ensuring flawless integration across various channels. 
  • Report to the Senior Brand Manager while collaborating closely with the Brand Marketing Managers and other internal teams to determine and implement cohesive messaging that aligns with our brand’s vision.  
  • Manage project timelines and budgets strictly, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within financial constraints. 
  • Conduct detailed audience analysis using data-driven tools to develop tailored messaging and creative strategies that resonate with our target audience. 
  • Partner with internal and external creative teams to encourage and manage the development of high-quality content. 
  • Collaborate with media and brand teams to optimise media plans using brand and econometrics data, driving brand metrics and revenue. 
  • Work with cross-functional working groups to amplify campaigns through paid, owned, and earned touchpoints, improving overall awareness and revenue. 
  • Conduct detailed evaluations and analyses of campaign performance to continuously optimise future strategies. 
  • Enhance budget management efficiency and track campaign effectiveness to improve return on investment. 


About you


  • Significant experience managing brand Above the Line and Digital campaigns with multi-million-pound budgets (agency or in house). 
  • Proven track record of managing creative and media agencies, delivering outstanding results. 
  • Strong creative skills, including briefing, judging, and evaluating work against established briefs. 
  • Ability to analyse data and build clear, concise reports that turn insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges. 
  • Collaborative leadership and influencing skills, adept at working across departments and with peers. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. 
  • Strong project and collaborator management skills, capable of working under tight time pressures and budgets. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
