Primary Responsibilities

• Work with consulting and development teams to estimate & plan resources and requirements.
• Coordinate and manage partners, consultants, and internal resources devoted to the project, and are responsible for completing them at or under budget, on time, and to specification.
• Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of large- and small-scale implementation projects of varied levels of risk and complexity.
• Identify the technical approach to be used on a given project and manage the system development process.
• Manage scope, communication, schedules, and budget. 
• Provide active assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex issues.
• Manage and coordinate communications with the project team which includes external clients/vendors as necessary.
• Negotiate with clients/vendors regarding revisions to the Statement of Work; actively identify additional/expanded tasking and define technical requirements; obtain client sign-off.  
• Manage partner airline propositions for: 
• Effective Interline partnerships which generate incremental revenues for CEB 
• FIM management which enable network recovery
• Perform tasks and other special projects assigned by Chief Commercial Officer. 

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree in Management or any related field.
• Must have at least five (5) years’ experience in project management.  
• Must be knowledgeable or familiar with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Preferably with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines
