Primary Responsibilities: 

• Drives the adoption of innovative, technology-based solutions and projects to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency
• Leads the evaluation of airport innovations and actively scans the market for latest trends and new technologies
• Leads main projects of the airport and inflight teams where technology and process improvements are introduced for operational efficiency and better customer experience
• Identifies business improvement opportunities that will be strengthened or supported by the use of innovation

Qualifications: 

• Must be a college graduate of any four-year course
• Must have two (2) to three (3) years of experience in project management
• Must demonstrate business acumen
• Preferably with experience in the airline industry, particularly on cabin and ground operations
• Preferably with experience in data analysis or reporting
