Job Description

Synopsis

To execute HR Information Systems related administrative tasks in line with HR/business needs on an ongoing basis in a SaaS environment. Ensure housekeeping activities related to regular system checks, validations and updates are completed in a timely and accurate manner


Accountabilities

  • • Current State Assessment- Inventory of HRIS application and add-on products 
  • • Leading Practices - Success Matrix and Analytics to determine trends and areas of improvement.
  • • Designing the Future State
  • • Customization and Configuration- RCM/ONB/PMGM/EC/ECP
  • • Support and design the implementation of the HR Analytics framework using best in class tools like SuccessFactors, Workforce Analytics
  • • Execution and support of cyclical activities across all HR systems modules with minimal systems downtime.
  • • Achieve set targets for SLAs and CSAT
  • • Assist with bulk master data maintenance/update requests and required admin tasks.
  • • Ensure all changes/updates are properly documented.
  • • Perform assigned testing and validations activities for any system changes as part of the Change Control Process.
  • • Create/support in creating enhanced user system guides for training users.
  • • Participate in developing data management and reporting frameworks.
  • • Support and design the implementation of the HR Analytics framework using best in class tools like SuccessFactors, Workforce Analytics


Education & Experience

• Minimum Graduate Degree or post-secondary diploma in HR, Business Systems or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years+ in HR systems/operations domain with exposure to large scale HR operations/HR Shared Services model administering cloud-based HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)

• Certification / In-depth knowledge & understanding of multiple SuccessFactors Modules: 

o Talent modules – Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management etc. 

o Core Modules – EC, Benefits, Time & Attendance etc.

o Reporting – SF Reporting and understanding of Power BI tool will be an added advantage.
