Primary Responsibilities

Group Sales Operations

• Lead group booking operations and support activities to ensure efficient processing, service excellence, and revenue optimization.
• Analyze booking trends and partner behavior to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to enhance group sales performance.
• Develop and maintain ticketing policies, procedures, and operational manuals for Group and Non-Revenue Bookings.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide business insights to management.

B2B Account Support Services

• Lead the centralized B2B Account Support team supporting travel agencies, corporate accounts, GSAs, wholesalers, and other commercial partners.
• Ensure timely and effective handling of partner operational requirements, inquiries, and account servicing requests.
• Establish and monitor service standards, SLAs, productivity metrics, and customer satisfaction indicators.
• Partner with Sales teams to enhance partner experience and support business growth.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to improve service delivery.

Business Analytics & Reporting

• Oversee commercial reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and performance analytics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support commercial strategy and decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and effective monitoring of departmental KPIs and SLAs.

Policy, Process Improvement & Governance

• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, service standards, and operational controls.
• Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, compliance, and business performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation efforts.

Systems & Vendor Management

• Manage sales support systems, group booking platforms, and vendor relationships.
• Lead system enhancements, testing, implementation, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure technology solutions effectively support business objectives.

Financial & Administrative Management

• Manage departmental budgets, contracts, payments, audits, and administrative requirements.
• Maintain departmental records, documentation, and operating procedures.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop teams across Group Sales Operations, B2B Account Support, Reporting & Analytics, and Administrative Support.
• Establish performance standards, KPIs, and development plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Tourism, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business, Analytics, Technology Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Support, Business Analytics, Distribution, Customer Support, or related functions.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, distribution, and sales support processes.
• Familiarity with Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Hotel Booking Portals, E-Commerce Platforms, or similar travel technology solutions.
• Experience in account servicing, process improvement, project management, systems implementation, vendor management, or change management initiatives is preferred.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
