Overview

Join the corporate innovation team that develops processes, enablers and partnerships to enable innovation across Changi Airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner innovators across business units to scope trials, sharpen problem statements, define outcomes and structure lean pilots.

• Steward the enterprise innovation budget from annual planning through allocation.

• Surface strategic innovation dilemmas to senior management and recommend portfolio trade-offs.

• Scan global trends, emerging technologies, industry disruption and competitors to strengthen the innovation pipeline.

• Act as a thought partner to innovators and help shape future concepts and technology roadmaps.

• Build a common innovation framework and evaluation criteria across the organisation.

• Work with product owners to commercialise innovation intellectual property.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with at least five years of relevant experience in innovation management, strategy, advisory or technology.

• Experience in large matrix organisations is preferred; project appraisal or financial-evaluation experience is advantageous.

• Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting to C-suite leaders.
