Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive annual and multi-year strategic planning process
• Ensure integration and alignment of strategies and priorities across the enterprise
• Benchmark business performance against industry standards
• Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies through performance management and monitoring
• Prepare reports to the management committee, executive committee, and board of directors

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any business or finance course. Master’s degree is not a requirement but a strong advantage. 
• Technical knowledge or training in applications such as Tableau and Power BI is an advantage. 
• Must have at least five (5) years experience in corporate or financial planning in a dynamic organization. 
• Must have related experience in business performance management, financial forecasting, and analysis 
• Familiarity with strategic management and performance frameworks (OGSM, Balanced Scorecard, etc.) is a great advantage
