In this role, you will lead and manage projects related to revenue integrity to ensure Etihad seat inventory is protected from any abuses committed by external or internal agents. you will also be in charge of leading discussions with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize or develop revenue integrity reports and systems. Moreover, you will lead the communication with Amadeus as the subject matter expert to discuss system development and prioritize requests taking into consideration business requirements and priorities

Accountabilities

• Manager revenue integrity will be responsible to lead discussion with different teams (mainly Revenue management and ancillary team) to review and evaluate required system updates to support the increased demand and ASKs
• As subject matter expert, Manager revenue integrity will be the main point of contact for any requests related to revenue integrity. His responsibility will be to evaluate, prioritize and analyse requests based on revenue impact before requesting the teams to action and execute changes
• Manager revenue integrity will lead RI specialist who will be responsible to handle day to day activities that includes responding to emails, monitoring queues and reviewing reports to highlight inventory abuses
• Responsible to develop necessary reports to monitor systems performance and ensure revenue benefits are tracked and presented to higher management
• Responsible on making sure RI specialist are using the systems and reports as per agreed processes and in an optimal way in line with business requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 -7 years of experience in Revenue integrity.
• In depth knowledge of Amadeus systems especially RI and GDS is preferrable
• Good analytical and communication skills
