About the Role


Can you build powerful partnerships that turn a loyalty programme into a true growth engine?

 

We are looking for a passionate professional to drive the development and optimisation of strategic partnerships that enhance programme value, accelerate commercial performance and deepen member engagement.

 

In this role, you will lead the ongoing management and development of high value partners across financial services, retail, lifestyle, wellness, entertainment and payment linked propositions, driving partnership growth, joint marketing campaigns, deepening engagement and maximizing shared KPI performance.

 

You will lead partner onboarding and integration across accrual, redemption and digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless delivery and strong governance.

 

Working cross-functionally, you will translate partner objectives into compelling propositions, develop robust business cases and close strategic deals that strengthen competitiveness and expand market reach.

 

You will monitor KPIs, conduct structured performance reviews and use CRM and commercial analytics to refine propositions, optimise engagement, improve campaign effectiveness and unlock new revenue opportunities.

 

Through innovation, insight and disciplined account management, you will ensure long-term partner value and a differentiated member experience.

About You


Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years in loyalty programs, payment partnerships, financial services, or lifestyle partnerships.

 

You are expected to have demonstrated capability in designing and launching payment linked loyalty propositions or co-branded card products.
