In this advisory role, you can expect to work closely with leaders, guide them with people decisions to drive organisational performance, capability, and culture. Further, you will be a focal point standing beside business units to shape direction, deliver strategic workforce planning, and embed effective HR frameworks, policies, and performance practices.


You’ll turn business goals into practical workforce plans making sure the right talent, skills, and succession plans are in place. Moreover, you will be expected to be an enabler of transformational change, by leveraging HR data and insights to inform decision-making, providing solutions and ensuring consistent application of governance and people practices.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of sound experience, including at least 3 years as an HRBP or similar strategic role.

 

You are expected to have demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a multinational and culturally diverse work environment.
