MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To lead and optimize procurement activities for the assigned portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives, cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance with governance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops and executes category strategies for technology domains including SaaS, cloud consumption, on-prem infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT professional services, and telecom.

• Leads RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations with software vendors, cloud providers, managed service partners, and OEMs.

• Conducts market analysis, vendor benchmarking, and spend analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities across technology categories.

• Partners with Technology, Enterprise Information Security, Finance and Legal teams to align procurement strategies with enterprise technology roadmaps and risk frameworks.

• Manages the full contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, SLAs, KPIs, and dispute resolution for technology vendors.

• Conducts regular vendor performance reviews, risk assessments, and compliance audits.

• Delivers measurable savings, cost avoidance, and ROI across technology spend.

• Prepares dashboards, reports, and presentations for technology leadership, audit committees, and governance forums.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)

• Fluent in English

• A minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in functional categories.

• Oracle ERP, SharePoint.

• Years with qualifications: 8 - 10 years

• Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) certification is desirable
