Job Description


POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

  • Lead and manage comprehensive project planning and scheduling activities using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment across consultants, contractors and stakeholders while safeguarding key project milestones from design through to ORAT readiness. 

   

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Develop, monitor and update detailed Integrated Master Development Schedule (IMDS) and short-term project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Review and validate contractor and consultant programmes and ensure compliance with Contract milestones and sectional completion dates.
  • Prepare baseline programs, work sequences, recovery plans and monitor against actual progress.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants and contractors to ensure logical sequencing of design deliverables (30%, 60%, 90%, IFC), procurement, construction, T&C and ORAT consistent with Master Programme.
  • Identify delays, conduct forensic schedule analysis and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks and maintain timelines.
  • Perform quantitative schedule risk analysis, including: Monte Carlo simulations, Tornado charts and propose mitigation strategies
  • Prepare high-level management reports including: Executive dashboards, Delay analysis, Forecast completion dates and Key risk indicators
  • Support contract team on Extension of time (EOT) assessment, delay analysis and time impact analysis.
  • Interface & Stakeholder Coordination across Main Contractors, NSC/DSC subcontractors (BHS, PBB, ICT systems), Design consultants, Authorities and operators.

Relevant Industries

  • Minimum 5-8 years’ practical experience in design & build projects, complex, multi-package developments and live airport operational environments (strongly preferred).
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel (advanced analytics).
  • Ability to track project progress against baseline using Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).   


Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management
