Key Accountabilities:


Client Relations


  • Respond to all client's operational and non-operational queries, problems and general issues, with the assistance of subject matter experts
  • Nurture client relationship through formal or informal client meetings and communication on a regular basis
  • Conduct sales-related activities including contractual renewals with the assistance from operation coordination and contract administration
  • Monitor and evaluate service efficiency, performance and compliance with agreement, and adjust rendered services to improve client satisfaction
  • Identify, manage and mitigate client-related operational and business risks
  • Prepare, verify and deliver any client periodic or ad hoc report, analysis, proposal, agreement and monthly invoices

 

Sales


  • Assist management team in developing and capturing new business (including aircraft management, charter and aircraft sales)
  • Devise sales strategy and provide market insights and analysis for any business opportunities and expansions of Metrojet service offerings
  • Develop business strategy, prepare and present proposals and business plans to optimize efficiency, enhance client loyalty
  • Work closely with Metrojet internal teams in generating and closing new Aircraft Management Agreements (AMA)
  • Organise and participate in networking activities (trade shows, conferences, air shows etc.) to actively promote Metrojet for business development opportunities and keep abreast of the latest trends in the market
  • Work closely with OEM’s, Financial Institutions, Partners, MRO Providers and Operators etc. to expand network in order to generate leads for AMA’s
  • Provide counsel and actively participate in the negotiation of AMA T&C’s
  • Assist ad-hoc projects / tasks as instructed by the management

 

Job Specifications



  • University degree in business, management, marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years’ relevant sales and client account management experience at the aircraft owner, executive director, or key influencer level
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Detailed knowledge of sales principles, negotiation skills, business/ financial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Capable of dealing with clients and subject matter experts independently to understand and solve inquiries and problems
  • High level of ethics and integrity, understanding extreme confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin
  • Presentable, mature and confident
  • Computer literacy, including Chinese input and MS Access
  • Frequent business travel esp. within China is expected
