We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Instructor Captain for the Gulfstream G450 / Gulfstream G550 fleet, based in Singapore. This is a leadership position responsible for maintaining the highest standards of flight operations, training, and safety within a premium corporate aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on assigned flights in accordance with regulatory and company standards
• Lead and oversee pilot training programs, including initial, recurrent, and upgrade training
• Conduct simulator and line training, ensuring compliance with SOPs and international aviation regulations
• Mentor and develop flight crew to maintain operational excellence
• Standardize procedures and ensure alignment with safety management systems (SMS)
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders on training and operational matters
• Participate in audits, safety reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Valid ATPL with current type rating on G450 and/or G550
• PIC experience on Gulfstream aircraft
• Previous experience as a Training Captain, Instructor, or Examiner
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of international aviation regulations and safety standards
• Ability to be based in Singapore with flexibility for global operations
