We’re searching for someone who is: 

• Tertiary qualified in Aviation Management, Commerce, Business or related field– in your final year of study or completed undergraduate or post graduate studies in the last two years, with a credit average or above 
• Able to commence full employment with Jetstar in Melbourne in February 2026.  
• Confident to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, ideally demonstrated through some previous work experience. 
• Resilient and flexible – curious and motivated to always learn, get involved and adapt to change  
• A strong trouble shooter and problem solver – confident to challenge how we do things   
• Customer centric, and curious in mindset – ready to embrace the benefits of a graduate program and learn about the aviation industry; and  
• A permanent Resident or Australian/NZ citizen at time of application.
