Job Description: Boeing 737 Pilot
The Boeing 737 Pilot is responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the Boeing 737 aircraft in compliance with aviation regulations, airline policies, and industry standards. This role involves flight preparation, execution, and post-flight duties while ensuring passenger comfort, operational efficiency, and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the Boeing 737 aircraft in accordance with international, national, and company regulations (FAA, EASA, ICAO, etc.).
Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, route review, fuel calculations, weight and balance assessments, and aircraft performance checks.
Perform all required inspections of the aircraft prior to departure.
Execute all phases of flight (takeoff, climb, cruise, descent, landing) with precision and situational awareness.
Monitor aircraft systems, navigation, and communication equipment during flight.
Coordinate with Air Traffic Control (ATC) for clearances, routing, and operational instructions.

Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with multi-engine and instrument rating.
Type rating for Boeing 737 aircraft (NG/MAX, depending on fleet).
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Minimum flight hours as required by the airline (varies; typically 1,000–3,000 hours total time with significant jet experience).
