Primary Responsibilities: 


  • Consolidates, analyzes, and interprets internal and external data to generate actionable business insights.
  • Supports leadership decision-making through structured analysis of strategic and operational issues.
  • Develops scenario models and what-if analyses to evaluate options, trade-offs, and uncertainties.
  • Develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and visualizations for performance monitoring and decision support.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and analytical requirements.
  • Validates data sources, assumptions, and outputs to ensure analysis reliability.
  • Contributes to improving data usage, reporting practices, and analytical methodologies.


Qualifications: 


  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Must have 2–4 years of relevant experience in analytics, insights, strategy, business planning, consulting, or decision support.
  • Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Exposure to scenario analysis, forecasting, or business case development is advantageous.


Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
