Primary Responsibilities


Financial Management:


  • Prepares annual budget, forecast and other financial reports for the department
  • Monitor and manage expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved budgets
  • Respond to financial and contractual inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide financial insights and contract guidance to support strategic decision-making


Contracts Management:


  • Review, draft, and manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and partners
  • Ensure contracts comply with legal, financial, and operational requirements
  • Maintain a centralized contract repository and track key dates (renewals, expirations, obligations)
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and IT teams for contract execution and updates
  • Monitor contract performance and financial impact, and provide recommendations for improvements


Team Supervision & Support:


  • Supervise and support the IT Admin in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Provide guidance on financial and contractual matters related to IT operations
  • Ensure timely processing of IT-related payments, subscriptions, and renewals
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial and administrative workflows


Vendor Management:


  • Oversee relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Evaluate vendor performance and maintain a preferred vendor list
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors in coordination with procurement and legal teams
  • Ensure timely renewal and compliance of vendor contracts
  • Resolve vendor-related issues and maintain strong communication channels


Qualifications:


  • Must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must have comprehensive understanding of IT service management principles, frameworks, and best practices, such as ITIL
  • Familiarity with vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement processes related to IT services and solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in finance and contract management, preferably in a tech or IT-related environment
  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office 365
  • Experience in supervising staff and managing cross-functional teams
  • Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines
