About the Role

Are you passionate about building future oriented organisations through smart structure, clear job architecture, and effective workforce design?

We are looking for a leader in Organisation Design and Job Architecture to shape a scalable, high performing structure that enables our people to thrive.

In this pivotal role, you will develop and maintain job descriptions, ensure consistent job levelling, and manage a centralised job architecture that supports career pathways and organisational standards.

You will partner with leaders across the business to design agile, efficient organisation structures, conduct diagnostics and workload assessments, and recommend future state models that align with strategic priorities. With responsibility for accurate organisational charts and position management data, you will work closely with HRIS and People Services to ensure our workforce information is precise, timely, and decision ready.

As a trusted advisor, you will guide leaders on job design, structural changes, and workforce impacts while supporting change management efforts linked to organisational redesign. You will also provide training and advisory support to help leaders apply job architecture frameworks consistently and confidently.

If you’re ready to build clarity, structure, and impact across a growing organisation, this is your opportunity to shape the foundation of our future.

About You

Degree qualified, you are expected to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in organizational design.

You are expected to possess a proven track record in job architecture, and experience working in a multicultural environment with large expatriate and local employee populations.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP), and a strong understanding of aviation HR frameworks and compliance requirements.
