Role Purpose
- Drive strategic initiatives to achieve the airline’s Revenue and RASK targets, while identifying opportunities for future revenue growth
- Develop and implement revenue management and pricing best practices aligned with a low-cost carrier business model
- Identify and execute tactical pricing actions to stimulate demand and optimise revenue
- Maximise revenue per flight while maintaining strong price competitiveness versus the market; continuously benchmark pricing against competitors
- Develop revenue performance forecasts and trend analysis using historical and current market data
- Be accountable for route-level revenue performance, delivering targets through effective pricing and inventory management
- Execute differentiated revenue management strategies across various distribution channels and fare structures, including all e-commerce platforms
- Ensure accurate and timely tariff filings and displays across CRS/GDS systems, ATPCO, ARINC, and related platforms
- Maintain a deep understanding of the airline’s competitive position, distribution landscape, and broader industry and market trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Revenue Management and Pricing
- At least 5 years’ experience within a low-cost carrier environment
- Strong commercial acumen, preferably with exposure to Asia’s LCC market
- Experience supporting or contributing to senior leadership decision-making
- Proven experience in ancillary revenue management and pricing
- Exposure to analytics, artificial intelligence, marketing, eCommerce, and digital technologies
