About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimising complex operational frameworks and driving aviation excellence?

Join us to lead the strategic planning and day-to-day execution of pilot scheduling and resource allocation. In this pivotal role, you'll design the intricate frameworks that ensure every flight has qualified, legal, and well-rested pilots by balancing GACA regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and international aviation standards.

You’ll design optimised pairings, develop compliant rosters, and plan training schedules in coordination with Flight Operations, Training, and OCC teams. Your work will help balance operational efficiency, pilot wellbeing, apply advanced fatigue risk management principles, and regulatory compliance while supporting the smooth continuity of flight operations.

A key responsibility will be strategically collaborating with Network Planning and Scheduling teams to proactively assess crew resource allocation, anticipate potential operational risks, and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity.

As a subject matter expert, you’ll also contribute to long-term manpower forecasting, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives across the airline’s planning function. Further, you will develop and manage both long-term and short-term Flight Crew recurrent training programs in collaboration with the Training Department.

You can expect to forecast pilot coverage needs in line with seasonal demand, network growth, and fleet expansion, ensuring the right manpower is always in place. Your proactive planning will address potential gaps early and support seamless, scalable operations.

Be the force behind flawless operations, where every flight begins with your plan.
