Responsibilities


Sales and Business Development:

  • Seeking and closing sales via the international broker market.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with brokers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Negotiating on price.

Customer Engagement and Satisfaction:

  • Dealing with charter inquiries from the website or via telephone.
  • Providing quotes to potential clients or their brokers and making follow-up calls.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and operators.
  • Acting as a liaison with customers regarding payments, needs analysis, and satisfaction.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Working closely with the scheduling department to ensure aircraft empty legs are utilized.
  • Coordinating and finalizing trip bookings.
  • Monitoring and optimizing pricing strategies.
  • Ensuring profit margins are maintained.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, quotes, and bookings.
  • Generating reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Monitoring client feedback and maintaining communication records.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulations.

Continuous Improvement and Team Collaboration:

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Participating in training and development programs.
  • Sharing market insights and feedback with the team.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.


Required Skills and Experience

  • You will be dealing with clients from around the world, so fluency in both written and spoken English is essential;
  • We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the private aviation market, but having a keen interrest or 
  • Private aviation is a competitive market so you will be hungry for sales and passionate about maintaining outstanding levels of customer satisfaction;
