Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Finance, Data Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fleet planning or a related role.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence tools; knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Strong understanding of aircraft leasing regulations and fleet management processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with strong critical thinking, creativity, and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
