The Job
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager in Petaling Jaya / Subang. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multilingual environment. The successful candidate must be proficient in spoken and written French, with the ability to read technical / commercial documents, draft correspondence, and engage in conversations with French and English speaking stakeholders.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly closing and production of financial reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance
reporting
• Manage monthly financial closing and reporting of PAVM, including overseas subsidiary companies, ensuring accuracy,
compliance, and timely consolidation with the group’s accounts
• Managing compliance of cross-border financial transactions, including international payments, multi-currency reporting,
intercompany transactions and transfer pricing
• Lead/Co-lead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes working closely with the CFO and other
stakeholders
• Ensure financial compliance with applicable industry standards (IFRS, GAAP), support audits, tax filings, and internal
controls processes
Job requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Certified accounting qualifications is a plus
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in audit, commercial finance, financial planning and analysis, management
reporting, or other related fields
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and finance-related tasks
• Proficiency in MS Excel, and financial modelling. Practical knowledge and experience of financial modelling software
tools are a plus
• Exposure to Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), aviation, aeronautic or related industrial sectors is a plus
• Exposure to French corporate reporting, legal, tax regulations and administration is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
