Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs on a project basis. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to meet client requirements. This role offers flexibility and performance-based earnings, ideal for professionals with strong recruitment experience and an established candidate network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and engage candidates through various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, networking).
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers/clients to understand job requirements and timelines.
• Present shortlisted candidates and manage interview scheduling when required.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of online platforms, social media, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Compensation:

• Performance-based (per successful hire/candidate onboarded).
