Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s full spectrum of financial and management accounting functions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control to optimize financial performance
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support management decisions
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external partners
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks
• Lead and develop the finance team to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional certification such as ACCA or equivalent preferred)
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
• Strong grasp of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and corporate governance
• Proven ability in strategic financial planning and cost management
• Proficient in accounting systems and advanced Excel / financial modeling
• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills
• High integrity, strong attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines
