ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Develop, maintain and implement upward mobility scheme and framework for all non-executives in MAHB Group.
  • Develop intervention to support executive career pathing both in skills and competencies.
  • Monitor the competency assessment results for all employees and advice necessary training modules and development that they need to undertake.
  • Manage the overall communication in human development, career pathing and up skilling for all MAHB employees.
  • Collaborate and manage the training modules with training department in order to fulfil the necessary development needs for all employees.
  • Provide relevant and customised training programme for specialist. i.e Airport Managers
  • Monitor and ensure the improvement initiatives for human capital development in knowledge, skills and competencies.


Key Challenges

 

  • Maintain and update the development programme for all employees.


Skills

  • Good in written and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Employment Act, Malaysian Labor Law & Industrial Relation Act
  • Have sufficient knowledge in all areas of human resource functions, which include recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, industrial relation, office administration, training and development.
  • Team work, excellent communication skills with various level of people, fast leaner, self-starter with positive attitude. 


Education

External

  • Degree preferably with specialization in Human Resource /Human Development/Business Administration or other equivalent discipline
