Your Responsibilities

As an On Demand Client Services Executive, you’ll be the primary point of contact for brokers and clients, managing every aspect of their journey with precision and authority.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling high-volume, time-sensitive requests from brokers with speed and accuracy.
  • Maintaining oversight on all operational aspects of the flight, including permits, crew readiness, weather, and documentation.
  • Coordinating tailored services beyond the flight.
  • Taking control of fast-moving situations, making confident decisions, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Building trust through clear, proactive, assertive, professional communication.
  • Collaborating across global teams to deliver flawless execution under pressure.


Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Experience in client-facing roles (aviation, hospitality, luxury services, or related industries).
  • A strong, confident communication style—able to lead conversations and push back when needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and platforms in real time.
  • The ability to stay calm, accurate, and decisive under pressure.
  • A resilient mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, as part of a 24/7 global operation.
